Mediagraf SpA was established in 1986 and started its production activity in 1988, with the name of “Editrice Grafiche Messaggero Padova S.r.l”, following the conferment of the graphical activities of the “ Provincia Padovana dei Frati Minori Conventuali” (typography which prints the Messaggero di Sant’Antonio, one of the most famous and widespread Catholic magazines), and of the Diocese of Padova ; which had previously reunited its historic companies of the printing industry in the “Gregorian Lithography”. (The typography founded by Saint Gregorio Barbarigo dates back to the mid-17th century.)
In 1990, thanks to the “Fondazione di Religione Santi Francesco d’Assisi e Caterina da Siena” the Italian Episcopal Conference becomes part of the social cohesion.
In 2011 Mediagraf Spa expands its horizons towards the digital printing world, throughout the creation of Printbee, the new digital unit business which faces the web-to-print market through an online printing portal.
In 2012, with the aim of providing customers a complete communication integrated service, Mediagraflab is founded. A team of online and printed communication experts, with the purpose of accompanying the customer starting from the strategy, to the design, to the realization of their creative product.
With the intention of developing and growing, in 2015 Mediagraf Spa acquires Villaggio Grafica srl (LLC) also based in Noventa Padovana, company with highly specialised technology in digital printing, expanding and strengthening the digital business that had been already growing since the setting up of Printbee.it.
In 2016 Creashopper, is created, an online portal for the printing of different formats of personalised paper shopping bags, with digital printing technology.
